Bleach Rebirth of Souls Release Date Set, Aizen Confirmed

Bandai Namco not only confirmed the Bleach Rebirth of Souls release date, but also noted that Sosuke Aizen and Shigekuni Genryusai Yamamoto will appear as playable characters and we’ll see DLC. The game launches on March 21, 2025. That’s also when the Bleach Rebirth of Souls Deluxe Edition and Ultimate Edition debuts. There is also an offer in effect that gets us Toushiro Hitsugaya and Yoruichi Shihoin costumes if we pre-order.

Here’s the Bleach Rebirth of Souls release date trailer, which brings up the war on the Ryoka and shows both Aizen and Yamamoto. It begins by declaring the war, then showing how Ichigo is going to save Rukia from being executed. We then see how the game will recreate events from the first arcs of the game. This means Ichigo, Uryu, Renji, and Byakuya feature prominently. However, many folks from Soul Society show up. While the story portion of the trailer focuses on the past, the looks at Aizen show he will look as he did once the Hueco Mundo arc came up.

That trailer confirmed there will be both Deluxe Edition and Ultimate Edition versions of Bleach Rebirth of Souls. The Deluxe one nets people Soul Crystals and includes the Season Pass. That will eventually mean four more characters join the cast. As a perk for having that, you get access to each one a week before they launch of all players. The Ultimate Edition has everyone in the Deluxe version, but adds a five costume set, more Thousand-Year Blood War arc outfits for five characters, and more Soul Crystals.

Bleach Rebirth of Souls will come to the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC, and the release date is March 21, 2025.
