There will soon be a way to get official Bleach coloring pages. Viz Media announced Bleach: The Official Anime Coloring Book. This will be based on the anime adaptation, as noted in the title. There’s no release window yet, and only a tentative cover.
Here’s the official announcement. The tentative cover art seems to show Ichigo Kurosaki, Rukia Kuchiki, Orihime Inoue, Uryu Ishida, and Yasutora “Chad” Sado as they appeared in the earliest arcs of the show.

This is one of multiple Viz Media coloring books based on Shonen Jump series. There are two for Demon Slayer. A Naruto one is also in development and set to release sometime in Fall 2023.
People can see the first Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War part on is now over, and part 2 of the anime will begin in July 2023. The latest seasons and past ones of the show are streaming on Disney+ and Hulu. Viz Media handled the manga in the past and is working on Bleach: The Official Anime Coloring Book.
