The time has come for everyone to have a chance to play Black Clover Phantom Knights. Back in December 2019, Bandai Namco teased its worldwide debut. While the Google Play and Apple Store product pages for the RPG appeared ahead of its official debut, people can now grab the free-to-play game and begin playing.

Black Clover Phantom Knights is inspired by the tale of Black Clover, but it has its own original storyline. You need to defend your kingdom with a Magic Knights Brigade. This means collecting characters, like Asta, Yuno, and Noelle. Once you have a group of five gathered together, you place them on a grid and face off against enemies who try to harm your home.

Meanwhile, an old friend of the Wizard King has appeared. This man, named Jien, is a mysterious figure. Only by going through the story can Asta and his friends find out more about who he is and what he may want.

In addition to confirming the game’s January 16, 2020 launch, Bandai Namco revealed a few things that will be coming to welcome people to Black Clover Phantom Knights. After launch, a free 11x summon every day for eight days, a Black Asta Step-Up Summon, and a Mereoleona’s Beastly Exercise Summon are all planned.

Black Clover Phantom Knights is now available for Android and Apple iOS devices worldwide. It launched in Japan in November 2018.
