Best Feats for Monks in Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3)

Monks are capable of dealing an incredible amount of damage and are one of the classes in Baldur’s Gate 3 that you’ll want to Multiclass. Specifically with a Caster of some kind, be it Sorcerer, Wizard, or even Warlock. However, the Feats we have chosen below are best used for a standard builds for Monks Baldur’s Gate 3. That doesn’t mean that these Feats won’t work if you multiclass, but they’re generally tailored for melee damage Monks.

Best Feats for Monks in Baldur’s Gate 3

Like the Paladin, Monk is one of the best classes in Baldur’s Gate 3 and their Feats enhance how strong they are.

  • Tavern Brawler
  • Martial Adept
  • Lucky
  • Mage Slayer
  • Tough

Tavern Brawler is a must, since it increases the amount of damage your Unarmed Attacks do. Martial Adept is also a great Feat to pick up, since it allows you to get skills from the Battle Master Subclass, with some of these skills increasing your Unarmed Attack damage. Basically, you want to invest in anything that makes your fists stronger, as they are your best weapons hands down.

Don’t bother equipping any weapons, and just show the enemy the power of the palm of your hand. These Feats also work for any of the Monk Subclasses, but if you do decide to go Way of the Four Elements, Spell Sniper could prove a better Feat than Mage Slayer. However, Monks are incredibly good at taking down Casters of any kind, so make sure if you’re a Monk you rush the enemy Mages and take them out.

Baldur’s Gate 3 is available for PC and PlayStation 5.
