Best Feats for Bards in Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3)

One of the more interesting classes in Baldur’s Gate 3, the Bard is more or less a class that relies on passive abilities. This is through Bard Songs or filling the role of the Rogue for the party. However, the best Feats for Bards are very cut and dry, as well as easy to pick out in Baldur’s Gate 3. As most of these Feats will rely on boost your Charisma, since that is where a majority of your skills will be pulling their modifiers from.

Best Feats for Bards in Baldur’s Gate 3

As a surprise to no one, the best Feats for Bards in Baldur’s Gate 3 will entirely have to do with your Charisma. Here are some to consider:

  • Actor
  • Ability Improvement (Charisma, Dexterity)
  • Magic Initiate: Bard
  • Weapon Master
  • Performer

Weapon Master can also be a good pick if you want to pick up more than one weapon to deal more damage outside of your occasional spells and songs. However, Bards can also prove to be useful outside of combat in terms of how they interact with merchants, or even pass certain Checks. Bards are an interesting class because they more or less assist your party with passive buffs. As a result they are great for Multiclassing. One option that is more than decent is Multiclassing into Monk or a Caster of some kind. Mostly because this gives them fairly good damage potential.

Baldur’s Gate 3 is available for PC and PlayStation 5.
