Best Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae Builds in Honkai: Star Rail Boost His ATK

As a Destruction character, Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae is naturally a very powerful DPS unit in Honkai: Star Rail even if you spend minimum effort in his build. While his Light Cones and Relics generally remain the same no matter how you want to use him, the main stat for his Relics might differ depending on your luck or Eidolon level. Here are some recommendations for Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae Relics and Light Cones in Honkai: Star Rail.

Light Cones You Can Consider Are:

• Brighter Than The Sun
  A character’s signature Light Cone is always one of their best ones and luckily, Brighter Than The Sun is great for general use. It provides a Crit Rate boost, as well as stacks whenever the character uses their Basic ATK. These stacks (which max at two) increase boost ATK and Energy Regeneration.
• On The Fall Of An Aeon
  This Light Cone increases the user’s ATK by 8% up to 4 times whenever they attack. Obviously, this is great for Dan Heng. He can also take advantage of the second effect (DMG increase after inflicting Weakness Break) if you use his Basic ATK after Enhancing it to its max. Another great thing about this Light Cone is that it’s free from Herta’s Shop. This is the best Light Cone for Dan Heng if you can’t get his signature Light Cone.
• Something Irreplaceable
  This Light Cone can restore Dan Heng’s HP every time he defeats an enemy or an enemy hits him, as well as increases his DMG. You can use March’s shield to try and aggro enemies to hit him. If your build for Imbibitor Lunae is unable to get his Ultimate back as often as you’d like, you can also use him as makeshift tank to get his Energy back. Otherwise, it’s great as a stat stick.
• The Moles Welcome You
  For a 4-star Light Cone, this is amazing for Dan Heng. Every time he uses his Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate, he gains a Mischievous Stack that increases his ATK by 12%. It’s obviously not as good as the 5-stars, though.
• Under The Blue Sky/Nowhere To Run
  Both of these Light Cones increase ATK, as well as benefits the user after they defeat the enemy. Under The Blue Sky increases Crit Rate while Nowhere to Run heals HP. This isn’t the best Light Cone but it works well if you don’t have anything else.

Relics You Can Consider For Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae Are:

As mentioned earlier, Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae can use multiple Relic Sets depending on your current build and the individual pieces’ main stats. Choose based on what you have or what you want to farm. You should prioritize his Crit stats, SPD, Imaginary DMG, and ATK %. If you have his E2 (which Forwards his action after his Ultimate), you can try to give him Energy Regeneration but it’s really not as high a priority.

• 4-pc Wastelander of Banditry Desert
  This is the best Relic Set for Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae because he can deal more DMG to an Imprisoned or debuffed enemy. However, from personal experience, Dan Heng on his own seems to have a bit of a hard time Imprisoning people. While still generally a good set for him, it seems the type to work its real magic when he’s in a mono-Imaginary party or if Welt is his sub-DPS.
• 4-pc Musketeer of Wild Wheat
  This increases his Basic ATK DMG. You can also combine Musketeer with Bandit. This combination increases his Imaginary DMG and his ATK %. The DMG difference between a full Bandit, full Musketeer, and combination set is fairly minor if your main and sub stats are good.
• Rutilant Arena
  This is his best Planar Ornament because it increases both his Crit Rate and Basic ATK. He can also help with reaching the 70% Crit Rate requirement because his Traces level up his Crit Rate.
• Space Sealing Station
  This one increases his ATK stat but you do need to have a fairly high SPD (120) in order to get that bonus. Fortunately, as a Destruction character and a main DPS, SPD is one of the stats that Dan Heng needs anyway.
