Best Cyrce’s Circlet Singing Citrines in WoW

Singing Citrines are unique gems that slot into Cyrce’s Circlet, the fancy new ring you acquire in WoW‘s Siren Isle patch. With only three slots and a whole lot of Citrines to uncover, choosing which gems to equip can be a tricky task. To help you make the best choice, here are the best Singing Citrines to prioritize and socket into Cyrce’s Circlet.

How to Socket Citrines (Gems) into Cyrce’s Circlet

Once you’ve acquired Cycre’s Circlet, slotting Singing Citrines is simple. Hold Shift and right click on Cycre’s Circlet, then drag and drop a Citrine into its appropriate slot, just like you would with regular gems.

Cyrce’s Circlet has three total gem slots: Thunder (yellow), Sea (blue), and Wind (red). Singing Citrines must be slotted into a matching socket. For example, a Singing Sea gem can only be placed into the blue socket.

Best Singing Citrines for Each Cycre’s Circlet Socket

With the launch of World of Warcraft‘s Siren Isle patch, there are only four Singing Citrines available. With only one Sea and one Wind gem available, the only choice you need to make is which Thunder Citrine is best for your character. More gems will be added each week, however.

Currently, the best Singing Citrines to slot in Cycre’s Circlet are:

  • Thunder: Roaring War-Queen’s Citrine
  • Sea: Mariner’s Hallowed Citrine
  • Wind: Windsinger’s Runed Citrine

Best Singing Thunder Citrine

Thunderlord’s Crackling Citrine is generally the best Singing Thunder Citrine. By slotting this gem, you gain a passive chance to Zap enemies with Nature damage. To acquire Thunderlord’s Crackling Citrine, simply complete the Drain Goblin Excavation.

However, Roaring War-Queen’s Citrine can be the better choice when in a group with at least four players using Thunderlord’s Crackling Citrine. This is because it can trigger four allies’ Thunder Citrine effects simultaneously, boosting damage overall. Roaring War-Queen’s Citrine is a reward from the “Legacy of the Vrykul” quest during Vrykul Week.

Best Singing Sea Citrine

The only Singing Sea gem currently available is Marine’s Hallowed Citrine, obtained through the Drowned Lair Arathi event. This Citrine has a chance to heal nearby allies each time you cast a spell or ability.

Best Singing Wind Citrine

Likewise, the only Singing Wind Citrine is Windsinger’s Runed Citrine, which is obtained alongside Cyrce’s Signet itself. This Citrine provides a flat boost to your secondary highest stat.
