Lynette in Genshin Impact is a free Anemo Sword character whose Artifacts need to help make the most of her Elemental Burst. Like the majority of other Anemo support characters, the bulk of Lynette’s usage comes from her off-field Swirl reactions. Because of this, you will need to use Artifacts that encourage either her Elemental Mastery or her Energy Recharge.

Viridescent Venerer is generally the best Artifact set to put on an Anemo character because of the Anemo Shred. Since Lynette should be the only Anemo character in your party, she has to be the one to carry it for optimal performance. If you have enough good Artifacts for her, you should definitely put Viridescent on Lynette. - Emblem of Severed Fate
As mentioned earlier, Lynette’s Burst is expensive and her Energy Recharge is not so good that she can remain off-field and get it back. To try and make sure she can use her Burst as much as possible, you can try giving her an Emblem of Severed Fate set. With a 4-piece, it can also increase her Burst’s damage. - Any Elemental Mastery set
There are several choices for Elemental Mastery Artifact sets in Genshin Impact that you can put on Lynette. Whether you use Wanderer’s Troupe or Flower of Paradise Lost depends on which ones have better sub stats. I personally recommend Wanderer’s Troupe just because Flower of Paradise Lost works the best when you’re running a Dendro Reaction team and you can’t really Swirl Dendro.
What makes Lynette friendly for newer players is not just the fact she’s free, but also that the majority of her best Artifacts are ones that have always been available in the game. So even if you start your journey in Teyvat now, you won’t need to wait until you’re later in the story or exploration stage to start building your Lynette.
