To uninstall Blue Protocol players will need to start the Bandai Namco Launcher app, select the game on the left side of the launcher, click the menu located at the bottom right of the game page window, and click on the uninstall button. Despite the launcher losing its functions after January 18, 2025, uninstalling the game can still be done after end of service by selecting the option to start the launcher offline.

To uninstall the launcher, users need to click on the Windows start button, select “Settings,” go to the “Apps” section, click on “Installed Apps” and then finding the Bandai Namco Launcher and uninstalling it from the computer.

As a reminder, while Blue Protocol itself is soon coming to an end, developer Bokura will launch a new online multiplayer game set in the same universe as Bandai Namco’s MMORPG called Star Resonance. The game received a Chinese closed beta test that ran between December 6-19, 2024.

Blue Protocol will end service on January 18, 2025 at 10pm JST alongside the Bandai Namco Launcher.
