Azur Lane: Crosswave’s official site has been updated with several more shipgirls that are set to appear in the crossover, including a few who will not be directly playable and are relegated to a support or secretary role. The latest trailer hosted by Ayanami also brings a new look at gameplay, as well as the introduction of some features in the game. Finally, Z23, who was previously revealed as playable, has gotten an in-game screenshot on the official website.

Finally, Azur Lane: Crosswave’s first ‘Ryuu News’ update video has been released, featuring Ayanami as the announcer:
Apart from new gameplay footage, some new info has been given out regarding how the game plays.
The game is an RPG, and will feature a field map that looks like the one shown in the screenshot. Battles begin when certain requirements are fulfilled.
The game features full voice-acting for both the main story and sub-stories, the latter of which are unlocked for each character by fulfilling certain conditions. Apart from featuring an original story, the game also has many new music tracks, and also features a Photo Mode where you can take pictures freely.
