Awakening’s Priam, Basilio, Flavia, Miriel, Yen’fay Join Fire Emblem Heroes

Basilio and Flavia are rulers of Regna Ferox, a fighting-focused land and ally of Ylisse. Priam, a late-game character added via SpotPass, is well known by fans as a descendant of Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn’s Ike. In Fire Emblem Heroes, Priam, Basilio, and Flavia are summonable on the New Heroes banner with Book VI’s protagonist, Mythic Hero Ash.

Miriel, while not a focus hero on the new summoning event, is also joining the game. In this year’s Choose Your Legends popularity contest results, Miriel finished 136th. This finish makes her the top finisher of the five in the competition. The mage’s son, Laurent, remains the only child character from Awakening not in Heroes.

Yen’fay, the brother of Say’ri, is Fire Emblem Heroes’ next Grand Hero Battle unit. Players can earn free copies of Yen’fay by completing his challenge map.

Before these additions, the last New Heroes banner featuring Fire Emblem Awakening was back in May 2021, when both male and female Morgan appeared on in the Forces of Will summoning event with Three Houses‘ Edelgard and Dimitri. The most recent Awakening character was Special Hero Robin: Fall Reincarnation, a part of the 2021 Halloween banner.

The Fire Emblem Heroes Book VI Begins: Ash and More summoning event debuts on December 7, 2021 at 2am ET. Fire Emblem Heroes is available now on iOS and Android devices.
