Below is the quote from Kazuhisa Wada at the end of the interview:

Kazuhisa Wada: “In the past three years leading to the release of Persona 5 Royal, I had my share of personal trials-and-errors. It was was three years of not just things that went well but also things that I need to think about. I’d like to take a good look at all that and put it to use for what comes next.

Also our approach to everyone overseas. Lately, they’ve been paying attention to our promo material aimed for Japan in real-time, and that’s something we’d also like to properly deliver. I want to work on shortening the time gap of news and content that comes from Japan, as much as possible. That way we can share our excitement together with more people around the world. So please continue supporting us!”

Persona 5 Royal is available for PlayStation 4 in Japan. The game releases in Asia on February 20, 2020 and in North America and Europe with more language options on March 31, 2020.
