Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy Characters, Lent, Exploration Diary

In Atelier Ryza 2, Ryza embarks on a quest to explore the ruins that lay dormant around the Royal Capital. Ryza hopes to uncover the truth behind the legends of the land, and in order to do so, she’ll need to explore all kinds of ruins. These ruins come with unique puzzles to solve. Thankfully, this time there will also be new field actions to make things easier, such as being able to ride monsters.

The Exploration Diary is a useful new feature in Atelier Ryza 2 that organizes all of your discoveries through the ruins. You’ll fill up the Research List while collecting “Ruin Fragments” and “Memory Fragments” that unlock clues that get stored in the diary. You’ll get to find these by evoking the memories from the ruins to see the general direction through the Exploration Diary. By solving these puzzles, players will also get to unlock special alchemy recipes.

Lent Marslink

In Atelier Ryza 2, Ryza won’t be alone to explore the mysterious ruins, as she’ll get help from friends such as her old childhood friend Lent Marslink. After their adventure on Kurken Island, Lent set off on a journey to improve his battle skills. However, it appears that his cheerful demeanor has faded away, and he isn’t that happy to reunite with his friends.

Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy will release in Japan for PS4 and Switch on December 3, 2020. The game will release for PC via Steam in January 2021. Check out introductions for new characters Patricia, Clifford, and Volker. Other characters introduced so far include Tao, Bos and Serry.
