During the February 2023 Nintendo Direct in Japan, Koei Tecmo revealed Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg for the Switch. However, it isn’t a Japan exclusive. The North American and European Twitter accounts confirmed it will show up worldwide. When Atelier Marie Remake does, it will also be on the PS4, PS5, and PC. The worldwide release window is also Summer 2023, the same as the Japanese one. A website is now open, and more news will arrive on February 20, 2023.
As for the additional news, that will come in a special 25th Atelier 4th Anniversary Program. That will air at 4am PT/7am ET/1pm CET on February 20, 2023. The English site offered a link to the upcoming YouTube presentation with English splash art, but it seems the showcase itself will be in Japanese. The Japanese voice actresses for Ryza and Klaudia, Yuri Noguchi and Hitomi Owada, will host it. Both Atelier Ryza 3 and Atelier Marie Remake will appear.
When the Switch version of Atelier Marie Remake appeared during the Direct, a first trailer appeared. However, the official website also offered some additional screenshots showing what people can expect from Marie’s story.
Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg will come to the PS4, PS5, Switch, and PC in Summer 2023.
