As previously detailed, the synthesis system will keep the base system from the Atelier games that fans are familiar with, but will add a few new features including Alchemy Components and Boost Items.

Each ingredient has elements such a ice, earth, fire, and electricity. When you go above certain elemental values of the Alchemy Components part, you get different outcomes. Boost Items, on the other hand, can only be used once during synthesis to affect the Alchemy Components and quality.
