The first banner to appear will be the one for Asuka. That starts on August 22, 2024. She will be followed by Rei on August 29, 2024. Finally, the Mari banner appears on September 5, 2024. None of the three will be added to other banners like Ordinary Recruit after. All three banners end on September 19, 2024.

It hasn’t noted if Misato Katsuragi will also be playable yet. She has appeared in imagery and the newly released key art leading up to the crossover.

Here is the Evangelion NIKKE key art for the crossover that shows Asuka, Mari, Misato, and Rei. It again points out the event is tied to the Rebuild of Evangelion film series, as the text on it notes, “You can (not) evade.”
