In case you haven’t heard of it, Assassination Classroom follows a Kunugigaoka Junior High class with an unusual teacher, Koro-sensei. This creature destroyed 70% of the moon and is planning to do the same to the earth, resulting in a ¥10 billion bounty on his head. So, the students are trying to kill him, all while actually learning from him and dealing with other assassins after that reward.

Here’s what the Toonami schedule will look like starting August 29, 2020.

  • 12am: Dragon Ball Super
  • 12:30am: JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind
  • 1am: Assassination Classroom
  • 1:30am: Black Clover
  • 2am: Fire Force
  • 2:30am: Naruto: Shippuden
  • 3am: Samurai Jack

As far as games go, there’s only been one official Assassination Classroom one so far. It appeared on the 3DS in Japan. However, Koro-sensei was a playable fighter in J-Stars Victor VS+, which appeared on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita worldwide.

The Assassination Classroom Toonami debut will be held at 1am on August 29, 2020.
