A 10th anniversary project for the Assassination Classroom anime series has been announced. The project will feature three major anniversary plans, the first one being the rebroadcast of the anime series, and a new key visual art has been revealed as well.
The first part of the 10th anniversary project is the aforementioned rebroadcast of the 47 anime episodes of the Assassination Classroom series. The anime will air again on Japanese television from April 2025. Part 2 and 3 of the 10th anniversary project haven’t been revealed yet and more information will be detailed at a later date.

Additionally, the Koro-sensei Shrine will reappear from December 28, 2024 and people will be available to see it on the first floor of the Fuji Television building in Odaiba, Tokyo. The shrine was originally displayed at the Fuji Television Headquarters “Hachitama” Spherical Observation Room during the airing of the Assassination Classroom anime series.

Furthermore, the Japanese voice actor for Koro-sensei in Assassination Classroom, Jun Fukuyama, appeared during the anniversary project announcement. Fukuyama said that he’s looking forward to seeing people’s reaction to the rebroadcast of the anime series. For those unfamiliar, Jun Fukuyama is also known for his roles as Joker in the Persona 5 series, Roy in the Fire Emblem series, and Grell Sutcliff in the Black Butler anime adaptation.
The Assassination Classroom manga is published in North America by Viz, while the anime adaptation is available on Hulu and Crunchyroll.
