Kotobukiya revealed that it will release a new model kit based on the Lineark White Glint from Armored Core: For Answer in November 2024 with an MSRP of 12,100 yen (~$77.45). Pre-orders for the new kit have also opened on Kotobukiya Online Shop and other web stores like HobbyLink Japan and AmiAmi.

As a reminder, the For Answer version of White Glint differs from the original unit by Aspina that appeared in Armored Core 4. While Kotobukiya had also previously released model kits based on the Lineark White Glint, the prior version did not include the V.O.B. extension. The latter will provide an additional length of around 180mm (~7.086 inches) to the finished kit. The new package will also have a base pedestal that mentions both the White Glint and the Vanguard Overed Boost.

Here are some of the sample images featuring the For Answer White Glint with the V.O.B. extension. Kotobukiya added fine print to some of the images, noting that it will provide a different stand in the final package.

At the same time, Kotobukiya also announced a restock of the Crest CR-C840/UL Lightweight Class model kit from Armored Core 3. The company has been gradually re-releasing its prior kits from the series, including the Nineball Seraph. It is also working on a brand-new model kit based on V.IV Rusty’s Steel Haze from the newest entry Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon.

The Variable Infinity model kit of the Lineark White Glint with the Vanguard Overed Boost extension from Armored Core: For Answer will be available in November 2024.
