Examu, developers of the 2D fighting game series Arcana Heart, announced that it will suspend all business operations starting late February. They’re alo known for titles such as Aquapazza and Nitroplus Blasterz: Heroines Infinite Duel. The company established in March 2007.
The reason behind it is due to the gradual diminishing of business in recent years. Additionally, Examu mentioned a big change in the environment surrounding the company as one of its reasons.
Examu also noted that while they’re suspending operations, they felt they were able to partially fulfill a purpose through the years in the arcade business and fighting game development which they set as their objective when they first established.
Furthermore, the company said that development work that is currently in progress will carry over to Team Arcana. Team Arcana will also handle management as well as product support, and such.
Lastly, Examu shared a big thank you to all the fans for the many years of support.
