Arc System Works Will Feature Double Dragon at TGS 2024

Arc System Works has confirmed its appearance at the Tokyo Game Show 2024 by opening a new official webpage. It revealed that there will be playable demos of three games, including Double Dragon Revive, at the Arc System Works TGS 2024 booth.

The full list of games that will have demo builds at the event comprises Double Dragon Revive, the Nintendo Switch port of Guilty Gear Strive, and River City Saga: Three Kingdoms Next. The latter is an upcoming sequel to the Chinese Three Kingdoms-based spinoff of the River City series, which Arc System Works will release simultaneously worldwide on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam on November 7, 2024. Those who visit the booth and play the demos will be able to receive memorabilia based on each title.

Arc System Works will also hold talk show events at its booth. It will cover Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes in addition to the above three titles. People who cannot attend TGS 2024 in person will be able to watch live streams of the talk shows on the company’s official YouTube and Twitch channels.

In addition, the company will set up a goods shop at Sanwa Denshi’s booth in the TGS 2024 merchandise area. The lineup will have items featuring Guilty Gear Strive‘s post-launch characters. Prices will range from 1,200 yen (~$8.40) for Omamori charms to 2,000 yen (~$14) for acrylic stands.

Tokyo Game Show 2024 will take place at Makuhari Messe on September 26-29, 2024. Arc System Works will place its TGS 2024 game demo booth and merchandise shop in Halls 8 and 11, respectively.
