Here is the stream:

The stream will take place after the Summer Game Fest on Friday.

We actually already know quite a bit of information about Metaphor: ReFantazio. Previous announcements from Atlus mentioned the story, characters, game mechanics, and worldview. We also know about the various pre-order bonuses and editions of the game. Atlus might give us more detailed information, as well as show new footage of the game. While not Atlus, something similar happened with the Silent Hill Transmission. During that stream, Konami showed a long gameplay video of Silent Hill 2 Remake.

Metaphor: ReFantazio is an upcoming JRPG from the creative minds of Persona 3, 4, and 5. However, it takes place in a medieval fantasy world who sets out to protect his kingdom with a fairy companion. You can also strengthen your bonds with your party members. But you won’t be able to romance them like you can in Persona. Also unlike the Persona series, the battle system seems to be a mix of action-based combat and turn-based combat.

Metaphor: ReFantazio will come out on October 11, 2024 for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC via Steam. The Metaphor: ReFantazio showcase stream will take place on June 7, 2024 at 6:00 PM PT/9:00 PM ET.
