It was announced on the company’s homepage that the North American anime and manga online store Right Stuf will be shut down on October 10, 2023 due to a Crunchyroll acquisition. All of its products will be moved to the Crunchyroll Store. [Thanks, Manga Alerts & Restocks!]
This comes after a Right Stuf reassurance that no branding changes or merging of any kind would take place after Crunchyroll acquired it in early August 2022. Now about a year later, that previous statement from has been entirely contradicted. From now on, the name Right Stuf will be no more and all of its inventory will belong to Crunchyroll.
