The Animal Crossing Switch is the standard version of the system, which means you could play it on the go or connect it to your TV. The system itself is black, with grassy designs on the back. Its left Joy-Con is a pastel green, while the right is a pastel blue. Both have matching wrist straps and a white strap they can attach to. The Dock is white with Tom Nook, Timmy, and Tommy standing on an island in the middle of the ocean.

In addition to the Animal Crossing Switch, a special accessory option for the Nintendo Switch Lite model was announced. Nintendo will have an Aloha Edition carrying case with screen protector. These will have distinctive leaves in varying shades of green.
