On March 26, 2021, Animal Crossing: New Horizons won’t be the only game getting Sanrio items. It turns out there will be an Animal Crossing Pocket Camp Sanrio Characters Collection 2021 event that adds new items with people like Aggretsuko, Gudetama, and Kuromi on them. There will be gifts to craft, a new fortune cookie, and a free gift. The 2019 Sanrio event items will also return.
First, the free gift is a rather basic item. It’s a Sanrio clock with people like Hello Kitty, Little Twin Stars, and My Melody on it. Everyone can get it for logging in between March 26, 2021 and May 10, 2021.
There will also be some items that will require Leaf Tickets or real cash to collect. For example, Timmy and Tommy will sell a new Sanrio fortune cookie at their cart. It has ten new items in it.
There will also be shirts and uchiwa fans with different Sanrio characters on them. The uchiwa fans, in particular, will be available in the Sanrio gifts people craft. That’s where you’ll find some of the new Animal Crossing Pocket Camp Aggretsuko and Gudetama designs. As for the shirts, some of the new characters featured on them are Aggretsuko, Badtz Maru, Gudetama, Hangyodon, Kuromi, Pekkle, Pochacco, and Tuxedo Sam.
Here’s an Animal Crossing Pocket Camp Sanrio 2021 event video going over some of the new items. It looks at both the ones that could involve Leaf Tickets or be acquired for free.
Animal Crossing Pocket Camp is available for Android and Apple iOS devices. The Animal Crossing Pocket Camp Sanrio Characters Collection 2021 event, featuring Aggretsuko, Gudetama, Kuromi, and other characters new to the game, will run March 26, 2021 through May 9, 2021. The original event added Sanrio items from Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
