How the Animal Crossing: New Horizons amiibo will work was also shown. When you scan a toy or card, the character will head to your Campground. You could then talk to them or attempt to get them as a neighbor.

Photopia was also introduced. This is a new campground area that had Harvey, formerly of the Animal Crossing: New Leaf campground, standing outside of it. This is an island where you can set up photo shoots. You can pick which characters appear, change their clothes, arrange furniture in a scene, then take pictures with all of them.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons will be available on March 20, 2020.
