The Super Mario Bros 35th Anniversary Direct went over lots of new games and various events. However, it also led to activities that are Mario-related in other games. Namely, Animal Crossing: New Horizons Mario furniture is on the way. Unfortunately, people will have to wait until March 2021 for them.
Normally, Animal Crossing games include Super Mario-themed furniture and items. For example, in Animal Crossing: New Leaf, you could purchase Fortune Cookies from Tom Nook for Play Coins. These could contain various Nintendo-related items inspired by series like Super Mario, The Legend of Zelda, Pikmin, Metroid, Wii Fit, and even F-Zero. These sorts of items aren’t in Animal Crossing: New Horizons yet, and now it seems the Super Mario furniture will take a bit longer.
Of course, since we only had the mashup logo, we don’t know if these will be existing items. There is the possibility that there could be new Animal Crossing: New Horizons Mario furniture that goes beyond the existing in-game items available in titles like New Leaf and Pocket Camp.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons is available for the Nintendo Switch. The Animal Crossing: New Horizons Mario furniture will arrive in March 2021.
