It would appear Sega have further delayed the North American and European releases of PlatinumGames’ Anarchy Reigns. The brawler, which was originally supposed to be released earlier this year was delayed to the summer. Following that, PlatinumGames announced that Sega had changed the game’s release date to “TBC” (to be decided).

Today, we have a clearer idea of when Sega plan to release Anarchy Reigns in the west. Responding to a fan over Twitter, Sega America’s Twitter feed replied: "The release of Anarchy Reigns has been re-evaluated. We now expect to launch in Europe and America in Q1 of 2013."

Anarchy Reigns will be available in Japan on July 5th. The Japanese version of the game is region free on both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and is localized into English, French, Italian and Spanish.

Update: Tweaks made to wording and Japanese release date added.
