Dungeons in World of Warcraft allow players to grind out gear, and in some cases rare items and mounts. This guide will provide a list of all available dungeons in World of Warcraft The War Within.
All World of Warcraft The War Within Dungeons
The War Within offers more than a handful of dungeons for players to dive into. Players will start with a total of four dungeons, with more unlocked upon reaching Level 80. The dungeons listed below are available for both Normal and Heroic Difficulty, and can be done with Followers in Normal mode.
The War Within Dungeons (Level 70-80)
- The Rookery
- The Stonevault
- Priory of the Sacred Flame
- Ara-Kara, City of Echoes
The War Within Dungeons (Level 80)
- Cinderbrew Meadery
- City of Threads
- Darkflame Cleft
- The Dawnbreaker
Again, all of these dungeons can be done through the new Follower mode, which will allow you to take NPCs into these dungeons. But you will only be able to experience the Normal version of the dungeon. All of the dungeons listed above are available on both Normal and Heroic, but you will need to play with other players if you want to tackle their Heroic versions.
Accessing these dungeons is super easy. You can either enter them by finding them on your map. All dungeons are designated by a green swirling icon. Or by using the Duty Finder. You can open the Duty Finder by pressing the I key. From there you can queue up with other players. Additionally, once one of your characters has completed the campaign up to Chapter 4, you will be able to unlock these dungeons for other characters in your Warband so long as they are level 70 or above for queuing.
And on September 10, 2024 the Mythic version of these dungeons will be available. These are more challenging versions by comparison to Normal and Heroic, and will offer better gear. You can check out the content map for The War Within Season 2 here, which includes release schedules for new content.
