All World of Warcraft December 2024 Trading Post Updates, Explained

A new month means a new set of items in the Trading Post, as well as a new reward for completing challenges. And since it’s December the offerings are (mostly) Christmas or Winter themed, so here’s a look at all the items in the December, 2024, Trading Post for World of Warcraft.

What is the WoW Trading Post and How does it work?

The Trading Post in WoW that sells a variety of cosmetic items and mounts for a currency called Trader’s Tender. Tender is earned by logging in and completing challenges during the month, a list of which can be found in your Adventurer’s Guide menu. Those who manage to earn the maximum amount of Trader’s Tender will also receive a special reward, with more rewards granted to those who manage to do this multiple times.

The items offered in the Trading Post change from month to month, though they sometimes return. If you don’t quite have enough for something you want, you can also select to ‘freeze’ it, which will keep it available until you purchase or unfreeze it. The Trading Post itself can be accessed via Vendors just south of the Dornogal Flight Master, in the west side of the Valley of Strength in Orgrimmar, and outside the Stockades in Stormwind.

What’s in theWoW Trading Post during December, 2024?

December’s Trading Post is mostly Winter-themed, and features an array of seasonal weapons with a few more general transmog options as well. Of note are the two mounts available: the Twilight Sky Prowler and the returning Coldflame Infernal. The reward for filling out the Travel Log this month is a purple version of the Murloc kigurumi transmog set called the Purple Snugglefin Murloc Romper.
