There are Moogle Emporiums in every region in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth that sell you rare items. This guide will explain how to find all Moogle Emporium locations in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and which items you can purchase at each merchant rank.
All FF7 Rebirth Moogle Emporium locations
There are a total of seven Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Moogle Emporium locations, with each region in the game featuring a new merchant to discover. Players will meet their first Moogle in Chapter 2: A New Journey Begins after leaving the city of Kalm to explore the Grasslands. In FF7 Rebirth, the Moogles are trying to rebuild their Emporium and need Medals to do it.
To unlock the Moogle Emporium as a store, Cloud has to complete the “Moogle Mischief” mini-game, where he has to round up a group of the missing creatures. However, the items sold in the Moogle Emporium change based on your “Merchant Rank.” So, as you progress the game’s campaign and complete the Emporium mini-game in each region, you will get access to more items.
Below is a breakdown of every Moogle Emporium location in FF7 Rebirth:
Grasslands Moogle Intel: Prairie Moogle
The Moogle Emporium in the Grasslands is fairly easy to find as it’s located just a few feet east of Bill’s Chocobo Ranch. Since you have to visit the area for the main story, you should spot the Moogle location early in the game. You can also complete Chadley’s Remnawave Towers activities, which will add World Intel, such as the Moogle Emporium, to your map.
Junon Moogle Intel: Mariner Moogle
You will need to obtain the Junon Chocobo mount before you can access the Moogle Emporium in this region. That is because the Moogle Intel is located on top of a hill, and you need the Chocobo to walk up the wall that is below it. The Moogle Emporium is located in the middle of the map, north of the bay full of shipwrecks.
North Corel Moogle Intel 1: Tropical Moogle
The Corel Region actually has two Moogle Intel locations. The first Moogle Emporium can be found after completing the Costa del Sol Beach battle. Once you are allowed to leave the vacation resort, the Moogle Emporium can be found just North of the Mt. Corel hiking trail entrance. This Moogle Intel is fairly easy to find as you will run into it simply by taking the main path through the map.
South Corel Moogle Intel 2: Wasteland Moogle
You can not reach the Moogle Emporium in South Corel until you have completed the Golden Saucer segment of the story. After progressing the story past this point, you will unlock the “Buggy” vehicle, which can be ridden around on rocky terrain. Once you have the Buggy, you can find the Moogle Emporium at the lowest south corner of the desert Wastelands.
Gongaga Moogle Intel: Woodlands Moogle
The Gongaga Moogle Emporium is located towards the bottom of the map and can be found south of Remnawave Tower #5. There aren’t any real gimmicks with this one. However, you may need to progress the story far enough until you reach Gongaga Village and complete the Mako Reactor section to unlock the Chocobo Mount. This region has a lot of areas that are only accessible by jumping on the giant mushroom springs.
Cosmo Canyon Moogle Intel: Highlands Moogle
The most difficult Moogle Emporium to find is the one in Cosmo Canyon. To access it, you need to progress the story far enough to obtain the Chocobo Mount. After that, you need to use the area’s ramps and area currents to reach the highest peak of the region. The easiest way to find this is to locate the Activation Intel: Gliding Range Tower south on the map. Then, take the ramps and air currents in a clockwise circle until you reach the Highlands Moogle Intel.
Nibel Moogle Intel: Highland Moogle
The last Moogle Emporium is located in the Nibel Region and can be found in the middle of the map. The easiest way to access this is to unlock the Chocobo Mount at the beginning of the chapter. You can then find the Moogle Intel south of the Activation Intel: Gull Bridge Tower. It’s also located on the other side of the mountain east of the Chocobo Sage manor, where Chadley is located.

How to get Moogle Medals in FF7 Rebirth
In Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, you get more Moogle Medals by completing the Moogle Mayhem mini-game in each region’s Moogle Emporium. However, you can earn more Moogle Medals by smashing crates in the game’s overworld while progressing the story.
Finally, at every Moogle Emporium, there is an NPC in front of the Mog Tree. If you interact with the tiny Moogle, he will let you replay the Moogle Mischief mini-game. Upon each completion, you will earn one Moogle Medal. So you can do this over and over again to farm the items. However, from my experience, I had more than enough Moogle Medals just by playing the game and finding them on the map.
Completing the Moogle Emporium Intel is worth it, as you get the highly-coveted Moogle’s Amulet. This essentially increases your chances of scoring rare rewards as it boosts the item drop rate on enemies. But more importantly, the side activity will let you unlock new combat abilities by allowing you to purchase each character’s Skill Points.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is now available on PlayStation 5.
