There are a group of exclusive Pokemon in the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Teal Mask. Each version of the Gen 9 RPG has DLC Pokemon that you will need to trade for to complete your Kitakami Pokedex. Here are all exclusive Pokemon in the Pokemon Violet DLC.
What are the Pokemon Violet Teal Mask exclusive Pokemon?
There are a total of 200 Pokemon in the Kitakami Pokedex. However, if you want to complete all The Teal Mask entries you will need to trade with another player to obtain the Pokemon Scarlet DLC exclusive Pokemon. Thankfully, there are only three Pokemon that are exclusive in Pokemon Violet that you will need to track down and catch.
Below, is a list of all exclusive Pokemon in the Pokemon Violet DLC:
- Aipom
- Ambipom
- Morpeko
How to get Aipom in Pokemon Violet The Teal Mask
Aipom is located in the Wistful fields in the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Teal Mask DLC. The purple monkey can be found wandering in the overworld south of the Paradise Barrens. The quickest way to reach its location is to go to the Loyalty Plaza fast-travel point and then head northwest through the Wistful Fields. However, you can also find Aipom all over the east side of the Kitakami map, in regions with grassy areas.
How to get Ambipom in Pokemon Violet The Teal Mask
Ambipom evolves from Aipom in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, after you level it up with it knowing the move Double Hit. If your Aipom doesn’t have Double Hit, click on the Pokemon and go to its summary page. Once there, select its Moves and Stats tab and click Change Moves to access the Remember Moves feature. You can now re-teach it Double Hit and level it up to trigger its evolution. Ambipom also can be found in rare 5-star Tera Raids that randomly spawn across the Kitakami map.
How to get Morpeko in Pokemon Violet The Teal Mask
Morpeko is located in the Wistful Fields in the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Teal Mask DLC. Like Aipom, Marnie’s signature partner Pokemon spawns throughout Kitakami’s grassy areas on the west side of the map. However, I was able to find Electric-type in the Wistful Fields just outside of Loyalty Plaza. Morpeko is a fairly common Pokemon in the Pokemon Violet DLC, and you can even run into it in the opening area of Mossui Town.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet and the Teal Mask DLC is available now on the Nintendo Switch.
