Aerith Dresses Like Garnet from FFIX in FFVII Ever Crisis

The next part of the FFVII Ever Crisis FFIX event is here and involves Garnet items for Aerith and Steiner items for Glenn. People can get a rod and gear for the character inspired by the other heroine.

There’s no official trailer for the new items yet. However, Square Enix took to social media to talk about the Garnet’s Rod weapon and share details regarding new promotions. That weapon features a Healing Pulse C. Ability. That needs four ATB segments. When used on one of the characters, it heals them, casts Regen on them for a limited time, and increases their magical attack for a limited time. It also looks like Garnet’s weapon from the original game.

As for the general events, Square Enix noted two particular updates. One mentioned you get 6,000 Blue Crystals you can use in the gacha if you login for a set number of days during the event and take part in missions. The other involved the Glenn Steiner equipment being added. The A Resonant Waltz event now includes that extra Steiner’s Blade weapon for him. However, the announcement only showed this five-star weapon and didn’t show any outfit.

Three crossover equipment sets appeared in-game ahead of this. Cloud had Zidane items, Tifa had Amarant ones, and Lucia had Vivi ones.

Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis is available for mobile devices. It is also in development for PCs. The Final Fantasy IX event is live in-game now.
