Ace From Final Fantasy Type-0 Announced As Dissidia Final Fantasy’s Newest Character

Square Enix revealed that Ace from Final Fantasy Type-0 is joining Dissidia Final Fantasy on arcade as the action fighter’s newest playable character.

The above is a look at Ace’s announcement video.

Square Enix also revealed the “Battle of the Gods” event that features Spiritus and Materia as the two gods. You’ll get to choose between either of the two to follow and wi by racking up points. Everything battle mode in the game will give points that go into your choice of god. This is a monthly event that is expected to last two weeks at a time. We’ll have more details on it in the near future, but in the meantime, check out the video below:

The new version update is scheduled for sometime in September.
