A Very Merry NieR Christmas Special Stream Announced

Square Enix will host a special NieR Christmas stream next week December 24, 2020 as a way to close out the series’ 10th anniversary celebrations. Producer Yosuke Saito will appear as “Yos-P” to host the show and give away presents. Furthermore, several unannounced guests will also appear in the “Yos-P Santa 2020 #NieR Christmas Special” presentation.

The NieR Christmas special live stream will be available to watch on NicoNico Live. The stream will start at 6:30pm JST and end sometime after 11:30pm JST. The program will cover all things related to NieR. Viewers will also be treated to a live music performance during the event.

  • 7:05 pm – A NieR Replicant Christmas (Includes presents)

  • 10:50 pm – A NieR Christmas live session’s first half (about two songs)
  • 11:00 pm – Midway break
  • 11:10 pm – <NicoNico Premium-exclusive> A NieR Christmas live session’s first half (about two songs)
  • 11:30 pm – <NicoNico Premium-exclusive> A NieR Christmas after-party

NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139 will release for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in Japan on April 22, 2021. The game will launch worldwide for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam on April 23, 2021.
