Out of the three Final Fantasy announcements, Final Fantasy XII: International is getting the least amount of attention. Sure Cecil in Final Fantasy IV DS looks great, even if he doesn’t have a nose, but there are details about Final Fantasy XII: International’s gameplay tweaks. New is the zodiac job system where there are jobs based on the twelve signs of the zodiac. Each job has a different license board where you can buy skills and the ability to equip armor. This sounds like a significant revamp of the game sort of like how Final Fantasy X: International redesigned the sphere grid to make it easier to customize characters. Final Fantasy XII: International also has a solid release date, August 9 and it will be sold for 6,800 yen ($56).
