Of the above three, Ruan Mei and Dr Ratio will be the five-stars. Meanwhile, Xueyi will be a four-star. Ruan Mei will be Ice Harmony and Dr. Ratio will be Imaginary Hunt. Xueyi will be Quantum Destruction. Both Ruan Mei and Xue Yi have technically appeared in the game already as NPCs, though players did not get the chance to directly meet with Ruan Mei. So far, there is no official information yet regarding their kits.

We also know the voice actors for these characters. Here is the Japanese cast for the three:

  • Dr Ratio: Shunsuke Takeuchi (Revolver in Yu-Gi-Oh Vrains)
  • Ruan Mei: Saori Onishi (Eriri Spencer Sawamura in Saekano)
  • Xueyi: Maki Kawase (Junko Konno in Zombie Land Saga)

Here is the English cast:

  • Dr Ratio: Jordan Paul Haro (Marchosias in Obey Me)
  • Ruan Mei: Emil Lo (Miri Unasaka in Buddy Daddies)
  • Xueyi: Jenny Yokobori (Yoimiya in Genshin Impact)

More information on the characters will come out closer to their official release in the game.
