The Quiz Professor quest can be found in the middle of Serenity Park during The Missing Jewel case in Detective Pikachu Returns. To start the Local Concern, speak to the glasses-wearing NPC who is standing next to a Toucannon. The Professor will then ask you three questions, and you need to figure out which Pokemon is she talking about.

- What Pokemon uses its cute looks to put you off your guard so it can steal from you?: Purrloin.

Where to find Lickitung’s location in Detective Pikachu Returns
Unfortunately, knowing the answer is only half the challenge. To complete the Quiz Professor quest, you need to actually locate the Pokemon she is asking about. Lickitung can be found at the entrance of Serenity Park in Detective Pikachu Returns. To track down the Gen 1 Normal-type, head back to the park’s entrance gate. You will find the long-tongued Pokemon standing next to a boy in a purple shirt before the park’s first set of stairs.
Where to find Purrloin’s location
Purrloin can be found in north Serenity Park in Detective Pikachu Returns. To locate it, take the stairs next to Lickitung and make a left when the path forks. Next, take the stairs with the Sudowoodo on them and walk past the tree Pokemon until you see the elderly man on the bench behind it. While small, Purrloin can be found directly in front of the bench with a question mark above its head.
Where to find Falinks’ location in Detective Pikachu Returns
Falinks can be found in east Serenity Park in Detective Pikachu Returns. The Galar Pokemon is actually the easiest to find in this quest, as it is located directly next to the Quiz Professor! Simply take the stairs next to the NPC, and you will see immediately see the yellow Falinks standing in front of a bush.
