Neuvillette is the 5-star hero featured in the Genshin Impact 4.1 banner. The Fontaine Chief Justice is a powerful Hydro user when leveled up to his full potential. However, you will need to know which materials you need to collect to ascend the Marechaussee Phantom leader. Here are all of Neuvillette’s Ascension Materials in Genshin Impact.

Where do I find Transoceanic Pearl and Transoceanic Chunk in Genshin Impact?

The Transoceanic Pearl and Transoceanic Chunk Neuvillette Ascension materials are located in Fontaine’s underwater map by defeating Fontemer Aberrant enemies in Genshin Impact. There is no specific location where the materials drop, as they can be found anywhere on the map.

Simply head to any body of water and dive under the surface to find an aberrant enemy. After attacking and defeating them, there will be a chance they drop a Transoceanic Pearl or Transoceanic Chunk. In my playthrough, I was able to farm both materials rather quickly, as almost every enemy drops one or both items at the same time.

If you don’t feel like swimming underwater, you are in luck! The Transoceanic Pearl and Transoceanic Chunk Ascension Materials can also be purchased at the Paimon Bargain shop. To access it, pause your game and select the shop icon. Next, scroll down to Paimon’s Bargain and select the Stardust Exchange tab. You can get three Transoceanic Pearl for five Stardust. Paimon also offers up one Transoceanic Chunk for five Stardust. However, HoYoVerse limits how much you can purchase per month, so this method is mostly useful if you need just a little more material to finish your build.

All Neuvillette Talent Level-Up Material

Neuvillette uses the Teachings of Equity Character Talent Material. The talent level-up items can be farmed at the Pale Forgotten Glory Domain. Unfortunately, the domain is only active on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays. So, if you plan on getting the Chief Justice, make sure to plan your schedule accordingly. To reach the Forgotten Glory Domain, head to the Poisson or West Slopes of Mont Automnequi fast-travel point and then continue North until you reach the ocean. Once you reach the shore, dive underwater to find the level-up arena. You can find the domain’s exact location on the map I have provided below:

Neuvillette’s Lumitoile Ascension Material is only available in a new area that is being added in Genshin Impact 4.1. If you are trying to ascend the Fontaine judge, you will also need to obtain a handful of Xenochromatic Crystal. While they are a rare drop from level 60 underwater Fontemer Aberrant enemies, you can actually craft them at the Alchemy table with three Transoceanic Chunks.
