Crafting is a major feature in Fae Farm, but exactly how and where you can do it is not immediately obvious. Using the materials you’ve farmed in the world of Azora, you will make items and building stations that will help you craft even more items. You can also craft both indoors and outdoors. With this guide, we’ll show you how to craft in Fae Farm.
How can I start crafting in Fae Farm?
You will only be able to craft items and decorate at the Homesteads you own in Fae Farm. To begin crafting, enter your farm or step into your house at one of your farms. Then, press the down button on your Nintendo Switch. On PC, you would press C. Press the same button again to open your Build Catalog.
From here, you’ll be able to access the various items you can craft. You’ll need the listed required materials to craft each item. Once you have the resources you need, you can select your desired item from the Build Catalog. Then, you can place it in your desired spot and orientation.
You can also reclaim items that have been placed already if you make a mistake. Reclaiming items will give you back all of the raw materials you used to craft the item in the first place.
Similarly to how you can craft indoors, you can craft outdoors in the customizable area of your front yard just outside your home. Press the down button or C twice to open the Build Catalog and begin outdoor construction.
Outside, you’ll be able to craft various crafting stations that can be used to craft more specific items. Select any item of your choosing to craft and place it.

How do I find more recipes?
Collecting more recipes will allow you to craft more items in Fae Farm. You can get recipes by exploring the world of Azoria, collecting any recipe scrolls you may see along the way. Some of them are out in the open, while others require more effort to get to. You can also get new recipes by gathering new materials you haven’t collected before. So try to pick up as much as your bag can carry.
