Blue Exorcist is a fantasy manga that started serialization in Jump Square in 2009. It follows the story of Rin and Yukio Okumura, twin brothers who are the sons of Satan. Because of this heritage, Rin has demonic powers and features, as well as control over Satan’s blue flames. He wants to become an exorcist like his adoptive father and enrolls in True Cross Academy only to find out his twin brother had been an exorcist almost his entire life.
Blue Exorcist is readily available on streaming services such as Crunchyroll. The Shimane Illuminati Saga arc for Blue Exorcist will start airing in January 2024.
