Netflix has not yet announced an order for Season 2 of the live-action adaption of One Piece, despite having over 18.5 million views within the first four days of its release on the streaming service. Tomorrow Studios president Becky Clements discussed the likelihood of its renewal and stated that while Netflix keeps this sort of information secret until they are ready to announce it, the One Piece live-action adaption has exceeded expectations and internal predictions.

The latest One Piece adaption was produced in partnership with One Piece series creator Eiichiro Oda, publisher Shueisha, and Tomorrow Studios. One Piece follows the story of Monkey D. Luffy, a young aspiring pirate who dreams of becoming the King of the Pirates and finding the hidden treasure of Pirate King Gol D. Roger. He is joined by his crew of friends Nami, Zoro, Usopp, and Sanji as they sail the East Blue to face off against rival pirates and the Marines, the sea-faring law enforcement who hunt pirates.

The first season of the One Piece live-action adaptation is available to stream on Netflix. The anime is available on Crunchyroll and Netflix. Viz Media is handling the English publication of the manga series.
