Two new weapons coming to Splatoon 3 appeared on the North American Splatoon Twitter account: the Octobrush Nouveau and the Custom Goo Tuber. These weapons are variants on existing weapons with tweaked characteristics and a variant loadout of specials and subweapons.
The Octobrush Nouceau is a variant of the existing Octobrush weapon. This time, it features a wider area-of-affect, but will be less mobile and cost more ink to use. It comes with the Squid Beakon subweapon and Ink Storm special ability that will allow canny players to deny large areas to their opponents while bringing in reinforcements. The Custom Goo Tuber is a variant of the original Goo Tuber, a sniper-type weapon in Splatoon 3. While the Custom version has the same stats as the original, it comes with new kit focused on close range encounters with Fizzy Bombs and the Ultra Stamp special.
We've also got specs on the Custom Goo Tuber. It…has the same specs as the base Goo Tuber. But it comes in a new color! And with Fizzy Bombs and the Ultra Stamp, this set allows for daring close encounters—get all up in the other team's personal space, then start Ultra Stamping! pic.twitter.com/svNeQBq7FV
