Watch the Star Ocean The Second Story R Celine Teaser

Square Enix offered a look at Celine in its latest Star Ocean The Second Story R character teaser trailer. This is a series of incredibly short videos that looks at each party member. It follows the same pattern as the Claude and Rena ones, first showing Celine during a story segment before letting us look at her fight in a battle.

The first part of the Celine Star Ocean The Second Story R trailer looks at a possible introduction to a Private Action conversation with Rena. Then we see a scene with her, Rena, and Claude where she talks about her goals. From there, we watch her use a symbology magic spell.

While that voice acting in the example above is in English, more will be available. We’ll get three options to choose from, with two pulled from the PSP version of the game.

This is the second time we’ve gotten to see Celine in Star Ocean The Second Story R. Previously, Square Enix offered a look at her in-game art. We were able to see her character sprite and updated character portrait.

Star Ocean: The Second Story R will come to the Switch, PS4, PS5, and PC on November 2, 2023. The game can also immediately be found on the PlayStation and PSP worldwide and the PS3, PS4, and Vita in Japan.
