Genshin Impact HoYo Fest 2023 Fan Art Contest Begins

HoYoVerse announced a Genshin Impact HoYo Fest 2023 fan art contest. As usual, it’s a means of earning Primogems and real money in exchange for art based on the characters and game. This time it runs until July 27, 2023, and we’ll know who won on August 10, 2023.

For this Genshin Impact HoYo Fest 2023 contest, the fan art must include a “theater” theme showing some sort of performance with characters from the game. People can enter either by posting on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter with the #GenshinImpact, #hoyofest, and #FanArtContest then filling out a Google Form or by going through the event page. In both cases, the submission needs to include the finished work and an in-progress picture to show the person is the rightful artist and it is an original piece they drew.

There will be 19 winners total. The first prize reward is 3,000 Primogems and $500. The three people who take second will get 1,000 Primogems and $200. The five third place prizes are 500 Primogems and $100. Finally, there will be ten people who will be assigned the “Lucky Prize,” which will give them three Chibi Cardholders and a Chibi Acrylic Stand in a prize bundle. The announcement image shows the standee is of Aether and Lumine with Paimon, and all three lanyards feature the three characters too.

Genshin Impact fan art contests are incredibly common. For example, some tend to appear around every update based on the focus characters. There were ones for Alhaitham and Kazuha around 3.7, and the results for both appeared in July 2023.

Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and the HoYo Fest 2023 fan art costume ends July 27, 2023.
