In Japan, one of the pre-order bonuses for Baten Kaitos I & II HD Remaster is a digital art book. To help provide an idea of what to expect, the Japanese Twitter account shared some images from it.
First, here’s a picture of Xelha from Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean. She’s a magic user in the game who is saved by Xelha and ends up joining the party.
Next, here’s a Baten Kaitos Origins piece of art showing Sagi with his allies Guillo and Milly.
Finally, here’s an image showing what the UI will look like and three pieces of art from Baten Kaitos Origins.
It’s unknown if this will be a pre-order bonus for the game worldwide. While the English eShop page for the game is available, we can’t “buy” it yet. It’s only acting as a placeholder and showing some details about the RPGs.
Likewise, it is uncertain if we’ll see the same sort of special edition outside of Japan. One’s already been confirmed for that region.
Meanwhile, there’s a new trailer to watch.
Fight to protect the world against the five great evils and uncover the secret behind the Malpercio’s curse.
