It’s the start of a new year in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life, and you’re wondering how to make a profit. Here are the best Spring crops to grow and sell.
Which crops should I grow in the Spring in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life?
There are four Spring crops (that aren’t hybrids) you can grow in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life from the very start. What you earn from each depends on its grade. The higher the grade, the more profit you’ll make. You can increase a crop’s grade by applying Fertilizer.
Here are all the Spring crops you can harvest, how much their seeds cost to buy from Vesta’s Farm, how long they take to grow, and what each grade sells for in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life:
- Strawberry, 7-day growth time — buy for 30 Gold per B Grade seed at Vesta’s Farm.
- B Grade: 105 Gold.
- A Grade: 135 Gold.
- S Grade: 165 Gold.
- Potato, 8-day growth time — buy for 40 Gold per B Grade seed at Vesta’s Farm.
- B Grade: 180 Gold.
- A Grade: 210 Gold.
- S Grade: 240 Gold.
- Watermelon, 7-day growth time — buy for 60 Gold per B Grade seed at Vesta’s Farm.
- B Grade: 195 Gold.
- A Grade: 225 Gold.
- S Grade: 255 Gold.
- Tomato, 6-day growth time — buy for 30 Gold per B Grade seed at Vesta’s Farm.
- B Grade: 105 Gold.
- A Grade: 135 Gold.
- S Grade: 165 Gold.
Although Watermelons take seven days to grow fully, I’d still recommend them as the best bang for your buck in terms of profit. Tomatoes take the least amount of time, but it’s definitely worth waiting an extra two days based on how much money you make from them in comparison.
