In The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, players built Tarrey Town from the ground up through a series of side quests. The iconic location returns in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Here’s where to find it.
How do I get to Tarrey Town’s location in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom?
Tarrey Town is located in the Akkala Highlands region, southeast of the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower, at map coordinates 3967, 1610, 0127. To access the town, travel to the Hudson Construction Site in the Torin Wetland, just south of the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower.
Here, you’ll see a large rail with a moveable railcar in the east. If the railcar isn’t here, speak to Greyson the Goron to the right of the access point. Greyson will summon it to the platform. Hop onto the wooden railcar and strike the Zonai Device at the top with Link’s weapon to activate it and make it move.
The railcar will slowly take Link up to Tarrey Town. It won’t stop at the entrance, though, so make sure you either hit the Zonai Device once more to stop it once you get there or quickly jump off.
What is in Tarrey Town in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom?
Alongside a handful of side quests, you’ll find an Inn and General Store in Tarrey Town. This makes it the perfect pit stop if Link needs to heal up. The Break-a-Part shop is also located here, which allows you to unfuse weapons without breaking any of the parts. Once you’ve unlocked Koltin’s shop through “The Hunt For Bubbul Gems!” side quest, he will appear just outside of Tarrey Town at night.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available now exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
