In April 2023, three VShojo VTubers departed the company, with one of them citing a contract issue, and now current member Kson commented on the situation. The performer took to Twitter to note that she is pleased with the Japanese branch’s support. However, she also noted the importance of contracts and offers. Kson also said, “Talents too have the rights to choose wherever they are happy to be at.”
Here is Kson’s full statement concerning the current VShojo VTuber news.
I mean, VshojoJP is treating me very good right now but if there is an agent that can give me a WAY MORE BETTER contrat, like giving me 1M$ per month sponsership, and if Vshojo couldn't afford more, hell yeah I'm downContracts are BUSINESS after all!

I don't understand why people want drama for this.
People do the same thing in social life. Talents too have the rights to choose wherever they are happy to be at. I don't care about anything if talents themselves are happy with their fans— ksonSOUCHOUVSHOJO (@ksononair) May 1, 2023
That’s my story dude. All the other girls have their own contracts. From my contract, still no cons but sad to know that VShojo couldn’t afford more to make them stay.

As a reminder, three VTubers left VShojo at the end of April 2023: Nyatasha Nyanners, Silvervale, and Veibae. Of the three, only Veibae cited the new VShojo contract as a reason for the departure. All three will continue their activities as independent performers and won’t “graduate.” We don’t know if more contracts are being discussed.
Kson can be found on Twitter, Twitch, and YouTube.
