Even though Puzzle Quest came out for every platform imaginable, D3 Publisher only released Puzzle Quest 2 for Nintendo DS and Xbox Live Arcade.

Developer Infinite Interactive officially announced Puzzle Quest 2 for PSP, but didn’t specify a release date. It appears the jewel matching sequel is coming to PlayStation Network and PC too.

An Infinite Interactive staffer lists those platforms for Puzzle Quest 2 in his Linkedin profile.

Puzzle Quest 2 introduces new elements like an isometric map along with a classic match-3 game board.

Correction: Infinite Interactive contacted us and explained there is no Puzzle Quest 2 in development for PlayStaiton 3. The PSN release mentioned in the LinkedIn profile is for the PSP version. We apologize for the error.
